A big update of the beer atlas!
A big update of the beer atlas!

We have launched an updated Beer Altas, with the novelties of which we can't wait to introduce you!   Two varieties from the oldest brewery in Upper Bavaria appeared on the taps: soft and refreshing Schnitzlbaumer Hell and wheat Schnitzlbaumer Weisse. The famous cherry lambic «Timmermans» Kriek Lambicus is also returning. Lambics under the Timmermans brand have been preserving the traditions of the production of this magnificent drink for 300 years and are the oldest Belgian fruit beer in the world.Blanche de Namur is a white wheat beer of the highest quality. This beer surprises with its roundness and delicacy, delicate acidity and almost complete absence of bitterness. Its aroma is refined, with spicy notes of coriander and Curacao orange. «Blanche de Namur» is the know—how of Du Bocq brewery, it won the title of the best Wietbier beer in 2009, 2013 and 2014 according to the WBA.Filou (Filou) is a fresh addition to the Van Honsbourg line already known to us, which was released in 2014. Using Belgian and Czech aromatic hops, Filou offers soft fruitiness and light hop bitterness.   There are also a lot of updates on bottle positions:— Reutberger" Heller Bock — a powerful amber lager with a solid malt base;— a line of heles and weizens from the family brewery Riegele from Augsburg. In total, the Augsburg brewery produces 22 beers on a regular basis, among which there are representatives of the «new wave» of German brewing and classic varieties. Attention to the brewery is not connected with the «quality» of its traditional varieties (almost any German brewery is unlikely to disappoint with this), but with the niche that Riegele occupies in German brewing. The brewery with the golden horse on the logo has long chosen its own special path in brewing, becoming an example of successful innovation in a part of Germany where tradition determines too much;— pilsner and non-alcoholic beer from the Austrian Eggenberg. It is located in Forchdorf, in the Austrian Alps, on the banks of the Alm River, which is a source of water used in production. Today it is one of the leading breweries in Europe;— French ciders from Normandy brand Sassy: Rose and Bio. «Sassy» Bio is an organic Norman cider made from five varieties of apples grown near the Chateau de Sassi. This delicate and well—balanced semi-dry cider is a real fruit hit with notes of terroir in the taste;— non-alcoholic ales: walnut porter and hopped ale from the brewery from St. Petersburg Zero Point. So far, the only brewery in Russia that brews only non-alcoholic varieties!— Anchor No. 3 is raspberry ale — a limited edition from the private Crimean brewery Anchor;— a line of four classic varieties from the Dreamteam Brew brewery located in Moscow.   We are looking forward to all Lambic restaurants for Beer Atlas novelties!

Christmas beer at Lambic
Christmas beer at Lambic

A festive series of bright, full-bodied beers from Belgium in the Lambic restaurant chain. This is a slow sipping beer on a cold, windy evening around Christmas time. Many Belgian Christmas ales are based on  quadrupels or Belgian strong dark ales, and they share the same combination of rich maltiness, carameliness, breadiness, spiciness and fruity esters. If you like rich, strong & complex beers that are balanced and not extreme choose something classic like St. Feuillien Cuvee De Noel, coming soon to taps in Lambic. This is a fragrant, full-bodied and dense strong ale, which is brewed every year on the eve of Christmas. Its composition includes caramel malt and a specially selected bouquet of spices, for preparation using a method of carefully controlled fermentation and long-term aging in the cold cellars of the brewery. The frothy drink obtained in this way conquers with expressive bitterness and balance, refined aroma and rich mahogany color with rich, dense and persistent foam. El Saint Feuyen, Cuvée de  Noel will be a great addition to the New Year's table! You can also find bottled Christmas beer in restaurants: Delirium Christmas. This is a strong Belgian ale 10% alcohol, brewed by the Belgian brewery Brouwerij Huyghe at the junction of Winter Ale and Belgian Strong Dark Ale styles. This fragrant and  warming spicy drink literally breathes the magical spirit of Christmas and  New Year! Delirium Christmas is poured into a glass in a beautiful chestnut-amber color with a beige head. The aroma is a stunning cocktail of caramel malts, ripe fruit, liqueur and, of course, spicy Christmas spices. Lowlander Winter IPA — IPA style beer. Its strength is 5%. In the production of the drink, high-quality raw materials are used, in particular, specially prepared water, hops and malt. Coniferous notes are felt in its taste, which are in harmony with juniper tones. The variety will appear on taps in all our restaurants in the coming days, hurry up to try it. Check availability with the waiter or by phone.

Meet the updated Lambic menu!
Meet the updated Lambic menu!

More than six months have passed since the last big menu update. Many of the novelties are loved by our guests and remain in the new version of our menu already without the "NEW" mark.In the meantime, we don't stand still, and the whole team, led by Lambic brand chef Evgeny Goncharov, back in August started developing new dishes, still ideally suited to beer from our Atlas. By the way, it is also being significantly updated and the first novelties on faucets can be tried right now! You can find out more in THIS NEWS Now let's get back to the kitchen menu, new items have appeared in almost all sections of the menu and more than 15 of them. warms you up in the cold weather. There are more salads and appetizers on the menu, we especially recommend trying our interpretation of nicoise salad with grilled tuna and chicken pâté with foie gras served with lingonberry marmalade. Brisket — beef special and long cooking. The meat is salted, smoked, baked for several days, and as a result it turns out to be very tender, with a light aroma of smoke from alder chips. We use a perfectly cooked brisket in a salad, where it sides with honey gourd, spinach and mustard sauce. Also in  section "Grill" try brisket with garnish of pickled cabbage  "washers" jalapeno. The same pepper stuffed with feta cheese with beef pastrami can be ordered separately in the  beer snacks section. Crispy breaded squids with yoghurt sauce are back in this section. Belgian specialties have also been replenished with new players: we slightly updated the recipe for branded potato waffles with duck and added a completely new combination, try waffles with chicken and mushrooms in creamy-truffle sauce.Yevgeny Goncharov was inspired by a hearty and  already classic dish — "English breakfast", which in the traditional serving consists of fried eggs, sausages, bacon, vegetables and mushrooms on the grill, and also necessarily complemented by canned beans in  tomato sauce. Check out our menu for this dish, complete with poached eggs and potato waffle. Within the Russian Restaurant Festival, which ended on 5 October for the first time we worked with new not yet the most popular product — venison tenderloin. Our guests liked the carpaccio from this tender and extremely healthy meat, so we decided to continue the experiments in the renewed menu, as a result of which the    appeared in grilled venison tenderloin with roasted vegetables and berry sauce. The final novelty of autumn is a seafood casserole, which we stew with vegetables in creamy sauce, look in the main dishes section! Book tables on our website, hurry up to try and discover Lambic again!

New on Lambic taps!
New on Lambic taps!

The next seasonal update of the Lambic beer atlas was carried out. A light, refreshing Bavarian hel Bayreuther Hell has been returned to the faucet. We have also supplied a special version of O'Hara's Irish Red with an avalanche effect. And if and there is a perfect dark beer, then Adriaen Brouwer can safely claim this title, whose name bears the name of a famous Flemish artist. As for the bottle card, we have already begun to prepare for spring and that expanded the range of ciders: Normandy ciders De La Brique , Bretons Val de Rance are already available in all restaurants.</p > De La Brique cider house is located on the picturesque Cotentin Peninsula in Normandy. Artisanal production has existed since 1953 and belongs to the same family, who still use the old traditional methods of making cider. Val de Rance. — one of the most significant cooperatives whose goal is to maximize the production of organic ciders. They take great care of the surrounding nature and apply also organic processing of their orchards. A an interesting grape ale from Yakor   —  — Anchor Cabernet Sauvignon. The brewers used a sophisticated technology of carbonic maceration in the preparation of grape must, which gave our ale not only a deep color, but also fullness of taste and "winy" astringency. After a long (more than 3 months!) maturation of the beer in the tank, the Belgian fermentation method in the bottle was applied. More about new products on faucet: "O'Hara's" Irish Red — traditional Irish red ale, brewed according to a special recipe, based on the heritage and traditions of Irish beer production, from natural ingredients. This ale was once called "Moling's Red Ale", but now bears the name of the founders of the Carlow brewery — O'Hara. Bayreuther Hell — light, refreshing Bavarian hel with rich taste, aroma and subtle hop bitterness. The beer is brewed at a family-owned Bavarian brewery using the best varieties of malt aromatic hops. Adriaen Brouwer — a beer named after the famous artist Adrian Brouwer, who was born in Audenarde (the town in which the Roman brewery stands) in 1605 . The beer itself is dark, but without the strength inherent in many dowels. Malt plays the main part in the taste, but there is no special sweetness or caramel.
